Introducing Street View Photography USA

Hi, my name is Tatum Wulff, I am a member of the management team for Street View Photography USA, a Facebook photography page and community also commonly known to many as SVP-USA.

Since opening in February 2013, SVP-USA has seen rapid growth and popularity as an inspirational hub for street photographers from all over the world to showcase, promote and discuss their candid street images from America. It was created as a sister page of the original, Street View Photography, both founded by Austrian photographer, David R. Prasser. Administrators of SVP USA are Michael Ares, Jianwei Yang and the original founder, David R. Prasser.

SVP-USA aims to reveal the broad cultural diversity found throughout America by celebrating the beauty, struggle and serendipitous moments within everyday life on the streets of the USA. Given the eclectic range of members, each imparting their own photographic style, everything from urban, rural, architectural, hard core and street portraits are all submitted to the group on a daily basis. Outstanding images encompassing great story telling within thoughtfully executed compositions are featured on the group’s main page daily.

Group members are able to collectively share their common passion of street photography while observing differing styles sometimes shot from the same city. Our group strives to build a supportive community where members find inspiration from one another while developing with their own street images. We encourage everyone to exchange ideas, communicate their views and share their personal experiences in shooting street. The page can also be used as resource for finding people to collaborate with while receiving feedback from others.

We are very pleased to see successful results reflected in the content submitted and the positive interactions between photographers on our page. If you would like to share and promote your images from the States with others, or if you would like to have a visual tour of some compelling moments captured in the U.S. by our members, have a visit to Street View Photography USA.
